Acupuncture is provided by the Practice by one of our GPs, Dr Ruth Livingstone. If you are interested in trying acupuncture, please discuss this with your doctor.Acupuncture may be helpful for the following problems:
- Pain, e.g. back pain, neck and shoulder pain, arthritis pain
- Headaches and migraine
- Hay fever and sinus problems
- Morning sickness

NHS Acupuncture Treatment
Are you registered with us?
We provide NHS acupucture treatment for patients registered with this Surgery. The treatment is free, but we do ask for a small contribution to our "needle fund" and we suggest you might like to donate £1 per treatment.If you would like to come to our NHS acupuncture clinic, please discuss this with one of the doctors first, to make sure that acupuncture is the correct treatment for you.
Acupuncture for Hay Fever
Dr Livingstone runs special acupuncture clinics for hay fever sufferers. These are usually held in late April and May. Please let the receptionists know if you are interested.Private Acupuncture Treatment
