New Consulting Rooms

building toolsAs many of you will have realised, the Surgery has undergone extensive redesign. We have built a new extension at the back of the Surgery, on the ground floor, to create a new consulting room.

This renovation is almost complete and we have a fourth consulting room available, called "Ray's Room". We have been able to expand the number of clinics we provide and, for those patients who find the stairs a struggle, we can offer more appointments downstairs.

Toilet

After many months without a proper toilet, we are pleased to announce that the new toilet is now up and running!

The new toilet facilities are suitable for disabled patients, including wheelchair users. In addition, the new toilet area includes a new pull down baby-changing table , making life easier for our mums and tots.

Redesign of the Reception Area

We have converted our old consulting room into a new reception and waiting area, restoring some of the features of the original room and creating an enclosed courtyard. This has resulted in an attractive reception area and we hope this will be a pleasant and friendly environment to wait in.

There was some disruption while this work progressed, but we hope the end result is worth it.

Thank you

Our new building work was made possible by a generous bequest from the estate of one of our patients, Ray Bradley.

We were very surprised and grateful to find out that Ray had included us in his will. We are sure that he would approve of the new building plans.
